2022 is finally here! In the start of a whole New Year we are excited to get out, have fun and share with you what we have on offer.
Like every year, we have great adventures for you to enjoy with your family and friends. We have tours, sunshine, warm beaches, and more… And we answer the big question: “How much time do you need to be able to have an adventure?” Don’t worry, we have your back!
Here at Earth Adventure we have tours set for a fun Half Day Experience (allowing you to get more out of your day), all the way up to Full Day Adventures! It’s just up to you as to how much adventure you can handle.
So, what do you want to do?
As you might expect Half-Day Experiences are a great way to get out and try things, without booking out an entire day. Our Half-Day Experiences can range from short 90 minute experiences up to full four hour tours. Depending on the experience type you can have a great adventure before or after lunch and you just have to come with comfortable clothes and the desire to have a great time! Earth Adventure provides all equipment and high qualify instructors.
View Adelaide from the River Torrens and paddle past the Adelaide Riverbank highlights, including Adelaide Oval. For 90 minutes you will be guided by our qualified instructors, enjoying this relaxing experience on the footsteps of the city.
A unique ecofriendly kayak experience – We are the only guided kayak tour of the River Torrens. The River Torrens also known as Karrawirra Parri is the most significant stretch of inland water for Adelaide stretching across the Adelaide Plains, running a total of 85km from the Adelaide Hills to the ocean. You will paddle along the stretch of river running past the CBD.
Spot the wildlife – The river is home to an abundance of wildlife both in and on top of the water. Spot the various fish species as they swim past your kayak or perhaps keep an eye out for some wildlife on the banks of the river including waterfowl, pacific black ducks or some black swans.
Admire the city surrounds and parklands – The river runs past the city and through the Northern parklands. You will kayak past some of the local’s favorite walkways and bike tracks, sporting areas and parks along with the parklands that are regularly used for annual festivals and important cultural city events.
Get vertical on some of South Australia’s best crags at Morialta Conservation Park, only a short distance from the Adelaide CBD. The views over Morialta Gorge and the nearby Adelaide plains are amazing. Highly qualified rock climbing guides will teach you how to enjoy your time on the cliff. All equipment is provided.
Immerse yourself in nature – Set in the beautiful Morialta Conservation Park only 30 minutes from the CBD you will feel miles away from suburban life. Surrounded by the native flora and fauna let your mind wander and immerse yourself in nature before taking on the rock climb.
Witness the picturesque views from up high – as you take on the ‘cliff faces’ of Morialta you will be rewarded with stunning views over Morialta Gorge and the nearby Adelaide Plains. The views certainly won’t disappoint.
A rugged location featuring a gorge with cliffs up to 30 meters high and large permanent rock pools, Onkaparinga River National Park provides ample opportunities for rock climbing. You’ll be amongst native wildlife such as birds, koalas, kangaroos and possums – you may even spot an echidna! All equipment and qualified rock climbing guides provided.
Be surrounded by nature – Set in the rugged landscape of Onkaparinga River National Park featuring a gorge with cliffs up to 30 metres high and large permanent rock pools it is nothing short of beautiful. You will also be among an abundance of native wildlife including birds, koalas, kangaroos and possums, you may even spot an echidna.
Start your day the right way – breathe in the fresh air of Onkaparinga River National Park before taking on the cliff faces for your rock-climbing adventure. There are a variety of climbs designated for a range of different challenges.

Eco-adventure? Surf? Snorkel? No matter the option you choose, you will have a day full of adventure and fun with your family and friends with our all day group adventures (minimum 8 participants, private bookings only).
Feeling adventurous? Visit South Australia’s Fleurieu Peninsular for a high ropes adventure, wildlife walk, and a visit to an organic McLaren Vale winery. This tour is an all day event combining physical activity and adventure and some well-earned relaxation and down time. Get physical on an outdoor ropes course and wildlife walk and then tantalise your taste buds with a visit to an Organic McLaren Vale Winery.
Challenge yourself at new heights – Take on the high ropes course set at the Southern Adventure Hub in the Fleurieu Peninsular. Each section of the ropes course varies in type and difficulty.
Delight your senses on the Biodynamic Talk and Taste tour – head to the Gemtree cellar door to begin your progressive wine tasting while learning about the biodynamic practices and philosophy behind this family owned property. Finish off the afternoon with a Vintner’s Platter and glass of Gemtree regional wine while admiring the expansive views across the vineyards.
A perfect day for those wanting to learn how to snorkel, surf and meet some local aquatic wildlife. You’ll spend your morning learning how to surf, and your afternoon exploring reefs by snorkel. Fully catered with morning tea, a traditional Aussie fish and chips lunch on the beach and a relaxing cheese and wine afternoon snack before returning to the CBD by our private transport. What a day!
Scenic drive – Be taken on the scenic coastal drive to the Fleurieu Peninsula. You will travel through the picturesque wine region Mclaren Vale, vineyards spanning as far as the eye can see over the rolling hill.
Time to Get wet – Our qualified instructors will introduce you to surfing, learn the techniques and be given tips and tricks to ride the waves. You will be guided the whole way. The Flueriue coast is the perfect spot to learn how to surf.
Snorkel – Undertake an introduction to snorkelling before heading out to try and spot some marine life. You will be provided with opportunities to hand feed the fish.
Looking for a morning of surfing and then want to spend a relaxing afternoon on the Fleurieu Peninsula? Then this is the day for you! Spend your morning learning to surf and catching those waves and spend an afternoon exploring an organic winery and discovering a taste of nature in a local forest. Fully catered, this day provides a morning tea, gourmet picnic lunch, and cheese and wine tasting to finish off your day, as well as private transport.
Start your morning refreshed and energized – The Fleurieu Peninsula boasts some of South Australia’s best surfing beaches. Our qualified instructor will provide and introduction to surfing and beach safety and give you some tips and tricks for your surfing lesson. Take on the waves at a beginner friendly beach and see how many waves you can catch.

Take a walk on the wild side – Kuitpo Forest Reserve was the first forest plantation in the Mount Lofty Ranges. The 3,600-hectare reserve was established for sustainable commercial forestry while also providing for the conservation of native flora and fauna and community/recreation use. Enjoy some local cheese and wine amongst the wildlife of Kuitpo Forest.
