  1. Day 1 Adelaide - City Sites

    Upon arrival in Adelaide we begin visiting several of its famous sites, starting with a walking tour of must-see attractions throughout the city. This includes visiting Rundle Mall, South Australia’s major city shopping hub, and the Botanic Gardens, featuring beautiful landscaped gardens and architecture. Following the walking tour we head to Tandanya Aboriginal Cultural Centre to learn about the history of local Indigenous Australians.

  2. Day 2 Adelaide - Hills Adventure

    Your first full day in Adelaide is a day of adventure activities in the Adelaide Hills, including High Ropes Challenges, South Australia’s longest zip-line and the mighty Mega Swing. A full day of fun and excitement is sure to occur!

  3. Day 3 Adelaide - Environmental Education & First Aid

    Spend the morning in one of Adelaide’s National Parks learning about the importance of environmental sustainability before participating in a nature experience, which may include planting trees or helping to re-vegetate an area. The afternoon involves a visit to a first aid training centre where you will receive your Australian First Aid qualification.

  4. Day 4-7 Adelaide - School Immersion

    Enjoy a unique learning experience in an Australian education environment. You will be joining the local students in their daily school life and participating in the school activities. Explore the fun in learning!

    Full details for your project will be tailored to your group’s areas of interest. Popular areas of interest include English, Outdoor Education, Environmental Education and Sciences

  5. Day 8 Kangaroo Island - Tourism & Education

    We travel to Cape Jervis and take the 45-minute morning ferry over to Kangaroo Island, home to some amazing wildlife and beautiful beaches. Enjoy a full day of tours including Emu Ridge Eucalyptus Distillery and Clifford’s Honey Farm before settling into the farm stay accommodation.

  6. Day 9 Kangaroo Island - Tourism & Education

    Start the morning by visiting the sand dunes of Little Sahara, where you can enjoy the fun and exhilaration of sandboarding. From here, get up close and hands-on with Birds of Prey at Raptor Domain, home to many orphaned, injured and sick birds of prey and some rare birds bred in captivity, like the White Goshawk and the Sooty Owl. Spend the afternoon at one of the world’s top beaches – stunning Vivonne Bay.

  7. Day 10 Kangaroo Island - Tourism & Education

    Begin the day visiting Flinders Chase National Park, which includes the aptly-named Remarkable Rocks, on Kangaroo Island’s coast, and Admiral’s Arch, home to New Zealand fur seals which can often be seen resting on the rocks. Relax at one of the best northern beaches on the island, Stokes Bay. From here we head to Penneshaw to catch the ferry back to Adelaide.

  8. Day 11 Adelaide - Resilience Day

    Today is spent in picturesque southern Adelaide where you will experience more adventure activities including rock-climbing on our 12 metre high wall, a continuous high-ropes course and even the Leap of Faith, if you are game. In the afternoon we will conduct an introduction to mountain bike riding and safety within the safe surrounds of the campsite.

  9. Day 12 Adelaide - Kayaking Qualification

    A whole day of kayaking, earning your Basic Skills Kayaking certificate from Australian Canoeing. The course includes learning several different skills such as rescues techniques and capsizing recoveries. Lots of fun!

  10. Day 13 Adelaide - Sustainability & Community Service

    Community Service is the focus of today. This involves working on an eco project involving conserving bushland, planting trees or collecting seed. These projects are essential for the preservation of our local community and for its future generations.

  11. Day 14 Final Day - Group Lunch and Departure

    Today we tour Adelaide Central Market, a gourmet and fresh food hub encompassing Adelaide’s Chinatown and many interesting lane-ways. There are more than 80 vendors selling organic fruit, coffees, pastries, cheeses and more. It’s a delicious excursion through this iconic site which has been operating since 1869.

    We then depart for Adelaide Airport.

Hotels, Dormitories and Youth Hostels

Throughout the journey you will be staying in a variety of accommodation types which include hotels, dormitories and youth hostels. The accommodations will vary from twin share to group rooms with individual and shared bathrooms.
